Payment Link Templates

Definition

A Payment Link Template is used to send secure payment requests directly to customers through WhatsApp.

Purpose

Simplifies payment collection by providing a direct and trackable payment link.

Category

• Select Category → Utility Conversations (Unlike most templates, Payment Link templates come under Utility category.)

Template Selection

• Choose Media and Interactive.

• Select Template Type → Payment Link.

Content Configuration

• Add a Header.

• Enter the Message Body (supports bold formatting).

• Add a Footer if additional information is required.

• Provide sample values (if variables are used).

• Click Save/Create to generate the template preview.

The template can then be synced and processed as per Meta verification.
