Navigate & Overview of the Campaigns
Overview
The Campaigns module allows you to create, manage, filter, and monitor marketing campaigns in OwnChat.
From this section, you can:
Create new campaigns
View all campaigns
Filter campaigns by status and tags
Search campaigns by name
Switch between Grid and List view
Export campaign data
Monitor campaign performance metrics
Access the Campaigns Module
Method 1: From Left Sidebar
Log in to OwnChat
Click Campaign from the left navigation menu
The Campaigns dashboard will open.
Method 2: Using Global Search
Click the Search bar at the top or Press Ctrl + K (Windows) / Cmd + K (Mac)
Type Campaign
Select Campaign from the search results
You will be redirected to the Campaigns screen.
Campaign Dashboard Layout
The dashboard includes:
Search field
Grid / List toggle icons
Status filter dropdown
Tags filter dropdown
Export button
Add Campaign button
Campaign results area
Pagination control
Search Campaigns
Use the search field below the All Campaigns heading.
Click the search box
Enter the campaign name
Results update automatically
Example: Searching “restaurant” filters matching campaigns.
View Options
You can toggle between two display formats:
Grid View (Card Layout)
Displays campaigns as cards.
Each card shows:
Campaign Name
Created By
Status
Performance metrics
View Details link
List View (Table Layout)
Displays campaigns in tabular format with columns:
Name
Created At
Created By
Scheduled At
Status
Template Name
Click the Grid or List icon to switch layouts.
Campaign Status Filter
Use the Status dropdown to filter campaigns.
Available options:
All Campaigns
Completed
Active
Scheduled
Recurring
Status Indicators
Campaign status is visually displayed:
Green badge → Completed
Active badge → Currently running
Scheduled → Pending launch
Recurring → Repeating campaign
Select a status to filter results accordingly.
Tags Filter
Use the Tags dropdown to filter campaigns by assigned tags.
Click All Tags
Select a tag
Matching campaigns will be displayed
Campaign Card Metrics (Grid View)
Each campaign card displays performance metrics:
Audience – Total recipients
Sent – Messages sent
Delivered – Successfully delivered messages
Read – Messages read by recipients
Click View Details to access detailed analytics.
Export Campaign Data
To download campaign data:
Click the Export button
Campaign records will be downloaded for reporting
Pagination
At the bottom of the screen:
Select number of records per page
Navigate between pages
Add Campaign
To create a new campaign:
Click Add Campaign (top right corner)
The Create Campaign screen will open
Available campaign types:
Simple Broadcast
MM Lite Broadcast
Recurring Campaign
Google Sheet Broadcast (if enabled)
API Broadcast (if enabled)
Column Details (List View)
Name
Displays the campaign name.
Created At
Indicates the date and time when the campaign was created.
Created By
Shows the user who created the campaign.
Scheduled At
Displays the scheduled execution time (if applicable).
Status
Shows the campaign’s current state.
Template Name
Displays the template used for the campaign.
Campaign Types
1️⃣ Simple Broadcast
Definition: Sends one message to multiple selected contacts at a single time.
2️⃣ MM Lite Broadcast
Definition: Sends targeted messages to engaged WhatsApp users using the MM Lite feature.
3️⃣ Recurring Campaign
Definition: Automatically sends messages at scheduled intervals (daily, weekly, or monthly).
