Navigate & Overview of the Campaigns

Overview

The Campaigns module allows you to create, manage, filter, and monitor marketing campaigns in OwnChat.

From this section, you can:

  • Create new campaigns

  • View all campaigns

  • Filter campaigns by status and tags

  • Search campaigns by name

  • Switch between Grid and List view

  • Export campaign data

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics

Access the Campaigns Module

Method 1: From Left Sidebar

  1. Log in to OwnChat

  2. Click Campaign from the left navigation menu

The Campaigns dashboard will open.

  1. Click the Search bar at the top or Press Ctrl + K (Windows) / Cmd + K (Mac)

  2. Type Campaign

  1. Select Campaign from the search results

You will be redirected to the Campaigns screen.

Accessing Create Campaign Screen

To create a new campaign: Use the top search bar Search for Create Campaign

Click on Create Campaign

This will open the Create Campaign screen, where you can build and configure campaigns.

Campaign Dashboard Overview

The Campaign Dashboard provides a complete view of all campaigns along with filtering and management options.

View All Campaigns

Click on the All Campaigns filter

View the complete list of campaigns available in the system

Search Campaigns

Use the search field Enter campaign name or keyword

View filtered results instantly

Display & Layout Options

Grid View

Click the Grid View icon

Displays campaigns in a card-based layout

List View (Default)

Displays campaigns in a structured table format

Campaign Filters

You can filter campaigns based on status and tags.

Status Filters

Click the dropdown filter and choose: Completed – Campaigns that have already been executed

Active – Campaigns currently running

Scheduled – Campaigns planned for future execution

All Campaigns – Displays all campaigns

Tag Filter

Click on All Tags

Select relevant tags View campaigns associated with selected tags

Campaign Table Columns

The campaign list provides detailed information through the following columns: Name – Displays the campaign name Created At – Shows date and time of campaign creation Created By – Indicates the user who created the campaign Scheduled At – Displays scheduled execution time Status – Shows current campaign status Template Name – Displays the template used in the campaign

Export Campaign Data

Users can export campaign data for reporting and analysis

Helps in tracking performance and maintaining records

️ Creating a New Campaign

To create a campaign: Click on Add Campaign

Choose the campaign type Configure campaign settings

Campaign Types

OwnChat supports multiple campaign types to suit different use cases:

Simple Broadcast

Sends a one-time approved WhatsApp template Delivered to multiple contacts simultaneously

MM Lite Broadcast

Sends interactive template messages

Designed to increase engagement and responses

Recurring Campaign

Automates campaigns at scheduled intervals Ideal for reminders and periodic communication

Google Sheet Broadcast (Coming Soon)

Uses contact data from connected Google Sheets Enables bulk campaign execution from external data sources

API Broadcast (Coming Soon)

Allows programmatic campaign triggering Uses Ownchat Campaign API for system integrations
