A Carousel Template enables businesses to send multiple scrollable cards within a single WhatsApp message. Each card can include media, title, description, and action buttons.

Ideal for showcasing multiple products, services, or features in an interactive and structured format.
Structure
Select Category → Marketing Conversations
Select Template Type → Carousel
Carousel templates support:
Maximum 10 images per carousel template
Up to 2 buttons per carousel card
Building the Carousel
Each carousel card contains one bubble content.
For every card, you can:
Upload an Image
Enter the Message Body
Add interactive elements such as Quick Reply buttons
To add more cards, click “Add New Carousel”.
Verification
Enter sample values (if variables are used).
Click Save.
You can monitor the approval status in the Status column.
Once approved, you can Preview the final carousel template.
