Bulk Contact Navigation and Download

This section explains how to access the bulk upload feature and download the sample spreadsheet.

Bulk upload allows you to import multiple customer contacts at once.

Access Bulk Upload

1. Log in to your OwnChat account

2. Go to the left sidebar

3. Click Contacts

4. Click Add Customer (top right corner)

5. Select Bulk Upload from the dropdown

A bulk upload dialog box will appear.

Download Sample Spreadsheet

1. Click Download Sample File

2. Save the file to your system

3. Open the file to review the format

You must use this format to upload contacts successfully.

Maximum Upload Limit

• You can upload up to 50,000 contacts per file
