# Bulk Contact Navigation and Download

Bulk upload allows you to import multiple customer contacts at once.

### Access Bulk Upload &#x20;

1. Log in to your OwnChat account
2. Go to the left sidebar
3. Click **Contacts**
4. Click **Add Customer** (top right corner)

1. Select **Bulk Upload** from the dropdown

A bulk upload dialog box will appear.

### Download Sample Spreadsheet &#x20;

1. Click **Download Sample File**

1. Save the file to your system
2. Open the file to review the format

You must use this format to upload contacts successfully.

### Maximum Upload Limit &#x20;

* You can upload up to **50,000 contacts per file**
