# MM Lite Broadcast

### How to Run a Campaign Using MM Lite Broadcast

### Overview &#x20;

MM Lite Broadcast allows you to send a WhatsApp template message to multiple selected recipients, similar to Simple Broadcast.

The campaign setup, audience selection, message configuration, scheduling, and monitoring process remain the same. The only difference is selecting **MM Lite Broadcast** as the campaign type during creation.\
\
It is ideal for:\
Video-based promotions\
Product showcases\
Lead nurturing campaigns\
High-engagement marketing broadcasts

### 1. Accessing MM Lite Broadcast &#x20;

Follow these steps to create a new campaign:\
Navigate to the **Campaigns** module\
Click **Add Campaign**

Select **MM Lite Broadcast**<br>

### &#x20; 2. Campaign Setup &#x20;

**Campaign Name**&#x20;

Enter a **Campaign Name**

This acts as an internal identifier for:\
Campaign tracking\
Performance analysis\

### &#x20;3. Selecting Target Audience &#x20;

You can define your audience using **three methods:**

#### &#x20;Option 1: Select Individual Contacts &#x20;

Best for: **Targeting specific users**

Steps:\
Search contact using **name or number**\
Select the contact\
Click **Next**

#### &#x20;Option 2: Use Segments &#x20;

Best for: **Bulk campaigns (1000+ users)**\
Steps:\
Click **Select Segment**

Add multiple segments if required\
View total audience count

👉 If no segment exists:\
Upload contacts via **Bulk Upload**\
Assign tags during upload\
Create segments using tags (refer Segment module)\
Click **Next** to proceed

Best for: **Behavior-driven targeting**\
Steps:\
Click **WhatsApp Flow dropdown**<br>

Only **Meta-approved WhatsApp templates** are supported\

Click **Select Template**

**Add Video Media** &#x20;

Click **Upload VIDEO from media**

#### Add Dynamic Variables &#x20;

Select variable from dropdown\
Choose **Name**\
Set fallback value\
Example:\
Variable → Name

Click **Show Advanced Settings** to configure:<br>

Select bot from dropdown for handling replies<br>

Enable retry for failed messages:\
Toggle **Retry Sending Messages**<br>

Maximum retries: **3 attempts**
