Definition
A Media & Interactive Template allows businesses to send media content (Image, Video, or Document) along with interactive elements such as Call-to-Action and Quick Reply buttons.
Purpose
Enhances customer engagement by combining visual content with clickable response options.
Header Options
After selecting the Media and Interactive category, you can configure the header section.
You can choose:
A Text-based header, or
A Media header such as an Image, Video, or Document.
Interactive Features
Message Body: The body section supports bold formatting to highlight important words or key information.
Footer: The footer can be used to add extra information, branding elements, disclaimers, or support details. This helps make the message clear, professional, and trustworthy.
Action Buttons: You can include different types of action buttons:
Custom Buttons Custom buttons are used to guide users to take quick actions, improve engagement, and make conversations faster and more interactive.
Call to Action (CTA) – Website Visit Requires a valid URL.
Phone Call Button Requires a valid country code and phone number.
Tracking & Submission
Enable Button Analytics if tracking is required.
Save the configuration and provide sample values (if variables are used).
Once submitted, the template will be sent to Meta for approval.
After approval, the template can be previewed.
