QR Code and Whatsapp Link Creation

Overview

This feature lets you generate a shareable WhatsApp link or QR code for your Ownchat-subscribed number. Customers who use the link or scan the QR code are redirected directly to WhatsApp to start a conversation.

Step 1: Open the Link Generator

1. Open your Ownchat Dashboard.

2. Click the link icon to generate a shareable WhatsApp channel link or QR code.

1. Click Create a Custom WhatsApp Link to generate a personalized WhatsApp URL or QR code.

You will be redirected to the Ownchat website's WhatsApp Link Generator page.

Step 2: Create the Link

1. Click the Create Link for Free button.

1. Enter your Ownchat subscribed number in the provided field.

1. (Optional) Add a bot intent in the custom message field to generate leads and engage users through the chatbot.

1. Click Generate WhatsApp Link to create your unique messaging link.

The link and QR code will be generated and displayed.

Step 3: Use the Link or QR Code

• Link: Copy the generated link and use it to generate leads.

• QR Code: Download the QR code and use it to generate leads.

Once a customer clicks the link or scans the QR code, they are automatically redirected to WhatsApp with the number you entered.
