Customers can effortlessly engage with OwnChat by downloading the QR Code or clicking on the WhatsApp link. Upon entering WhatsApp with a default preset message and sending it, automated bot messages seamlessly continue the conversation flow.

**Create a Custom WhatsApp Link:**

Give Ownchat mobile number and type any default message

Example: Hello Ownchat

Click on, **Generate the link**, then **QR Code** and **whatsapp link** is generated and is shown in the dialog box 👇

From here, you may copy link and send to customer or Download QR code and send to customer. Through this, customer initiates a conversation with the business (Ownchat Users). With help of these, we might take feedbacks from the customer, or a warm welcome message, etc.
