# Snooze, Hide Details, Show Details, Search Message

This section covers four conversation management tools available inside the Chat Screen:

* **Search Message** – Find specific messages within a chat
* **Snooze** – Set reminders for follow-up
* **Hide Details** – Expand chat window for focused view
* **Show Details** – Minimize chat window to view contact information

These tools help users manage conversations efficiently and avoid missing follow-ups

If you want to view captions, you can enable the 'CC' option at the bottom of the video screen.

### How to Access the Feature &#x20;

### Snooze &#x20;

The Snooze feature allows users to set reminders for follow-up actions in a conversation.

When a reminder is set, a note is automatically created and triggered at the scheduled time.

Step 1: Click the **Snooze Icon ⏰** in the top-right corner of the chat window

### Hide Details &#x20;

Hide Details expands the chat window to full screen.

It provides a focused view of the conversation without distraction.

#### How It Works &#x20;

Step 1: Click the **Hide Details** option\
Step 2: The chat window expands to full screen

Use this when you need a detailed and immersive chat view.

### Show Details &#x20;

Show Details shrinks the chat window to the corner of the screen.

It allows users to view and manage contact-related information alongside the conversation.

#### How It Works &#x20;

Step 1: Click the **Show Details** option\
Step 2: The chat window reduces in size

You can then access:

* Contact details
* Tags
* Notes
* Open rates

### Important Notes &#x20;

* Search works only within the current conversation.
* Snooze reminders create automatic internal notes.
* Hide and Show Details affect only the user interface view.
* These actions are internal and not visible to customers.
