• Total: Total conversations received from social media advertisements.

• FB Ads: Total leads contacted via messages from Facebook advertisements.

• FB Post: Total leads contacted via messages from Facebook posts.

• Instagram: Total leads contacted via messages from Instagram.

• Others: Leads contacted from other sources such as websites or other media.

Details Available

From the analytics, you can access Customer Name, Mobile Number, Source Type(Indicates if the lead came from Instagram, Facebook ads, posts, or other sources.), Date and Time Chatted and other details such as ad URL, campaign id, and CTWA ID associated with the conversation.

These insights help optimize advertising strategies and understand the effectiveness of different channels in driving WhatsApp conversations.
