# Onboarding Process

**Connect your Whastapp Number to Ownchat**

To customize OwnChat for your business, follow these steps:

1. Click on "**Connect your Own Number**" option from the dashboard.

2. If a test number is accessible, click on "**Get your own number**" to continue.

3. Fill in the **account details** and Save it.

4. Select a **pricing plan.**

5. Finalize the process by clicking on "Get your own number" and complete the **payment** (including 18% GST).

6. You will be redirected to the **360 dialog** service provider website.
7. In **new tab**, open the **Facebook Business Account** website (business.facebook.com).
8. When prompted, indicate "**No**" for "**About your number**".
9. Proceed through the Facebook Business Account creation process, including entering your **legal business name**, **display name**, and selecting "**Company**".
10. Enter your **Ownchat number** when prompted for the phone number.
11. **Verify your account** by entering the **OTP** sent to your mobile number.
12. **Authorize** the connection on the Hub360 link (opened in a new tab).
13. After completing the above steps, **refresh the OwnChat website** to finalize the process.
