✨Onboarding Process
Integrate your WhatsApp number with OwnChat quickly by following steps: set up your account, choose a pricing plan, and complete the process through Facebook Business Account and 360 Dialog service.
Connect your Whastapp Number to Ownchat
To customize OwnChat for your business, follow these steps:
Click on "Connect your Own Number" option from the dashboard.
If a test number is accessible, click on "Get your own number" to continue.
Fill in the account details and Save it.
Select a pricing plan.
Finalize the process by clicking on "Get your own number" and complete the payment (including 18% GST).
You will be redirected to the 360 dialog service provider website.
In new tab, open the Facebook Business Account website (business.facebook.com).
When prompted, indicate "No" for "About your number".
Proceed through the Facebook Business Account creation process, including entering your legal business name, display name, and selecting "Company".
Enter your Ownchat number when prompted for the phone number.
Verify your account by entering the OTP sent to your mobile number.
Authorize the connection on the Hub360 link (opened in a new tab).
After completing the above steps, refresh the OwnChat website to finalize the process.
