The WhatsApp Flow feature in Ownchat allows you to impress by customizing forms directly within the platform to suit your business needs. This customization lets you request customers to fill out form details seamlessly through template messages or bot interactions. By using this flow, you can efficiently track and manage the information customers provide, enhancing engagement and customer service.

Create a New Whatsapp Flow:

Here's how you can set up a new flow:

  1. Navigate to Settings > WhatsApp > Flows in Ownchat.

  2. Click on "Add flow" to create a new flow.

  3. Provide a name for your flow, choose a category and version, then click "Create."

  4. Select "Draft" from the publish options to start building your flow.

  5. Use the flow builder to set up screens and input fields:

    • Enter screen name and ID for clarity and organization.

    • Define input fields (e.g., Name) and specify labels (e.g., "Enter your name").

    • Choose whether fields are mandatory and set character limits if needed.

  6. Preview the form layout for mobile devices if necessary.

  7. Once all details are entered, click "Run flow" to activate and start using your customized form flow.

This flow setup enables seamless collection and tracking of customer details via WhatsApp messages or templates, enhancing engagement and efficiency in customer interactions.
