# Campaign Analytics

### Overview

The Campaign Analytics section gives you a consolidated view of your broadcast campaign performance, including audience reach, spend, ROI, and message engagement metrics. You can filter data by tags and date, export reports, and drill into detailed campaign metrics.

### Accessing Campaign Analytics

1. Click the **Campaign** menu item to access your campaign management dashboard.
2. Click the **Overview** tab to view campaign performance metrics and analytics.

### Filtering Analytics

#### Filter by Tag

1. Click the **Tags** dropdown.
2. Select a specific tag to view analytics for campaigns associated with that tag.

#### Filter by Date

1. Click the date period dropdown to select your preferred time range (for example, **Last Month**).

### Exporting Campaign Data

1. Click **Export** to begin the export process.
2. Select your preferred time period from the dropdown menu.
3. Click the **Export** button to download your campaign analytics data.

### Refreshing Campaign Data

1. Click the **Reload** button to refresh campaign data and analytics with the latest available information.

### Campaign Summary Metrics

The Overview section displays aggregated performance data across all your campaigns.

#### Campaign Overview

| Metric            | Description                                            |
| ----------------- | ------------------------------------------------------ |
| Total Campaigns   | Total number of broadcast campaigns created            |
| Total Audience    | Total number of contacts targeted across all campaigns |
| Total Spend       | Total cost spent on campaigns                          |
| Total ROI Revenue | Revenue generated through campaign conversions         |

#### Message Engagement Metrics

| Metric             | Description                                             |
| ------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------- |
| Messages Sent      | Total number of messages sent through campaigns         |
| Delivered          | Number of messages successfully delivered to recipients |
| Messages Read      | Number of delivered messages read by recipients         |
| Failed             | Number of messages that could not be delivered          |
| Average Open Rate  | Average percentage of messages opened by recipients     |
| Average Engagement | Average engagement rate across all campaigns            |

### Viewing Detailed Campaign Reports

1. Click **Dashboard** to navigate to the main overview and performance metrics.
2. Click the **Campaign Performance** section to expand and view detailed campaign metrics.
3. Click **View Detailed Report** to access comprehensive campaign performance metrics.

This redirects you to the Campaign page, where you can review the **Overall Campaign Analytics** section displaying your aggregated campaign performance metrics.
