After a campaign has run, you can click on its name to view detailed analytics. This includes metrics like how many people were targeted, how many messages were sent, delivered, read, failed, and the total cost incurred.
Exporting Audience File
If you need to work with the audience data from your campaign, you can export the audience file. This file is sent to your email address logged into the Ownchat.
Campaign Status and Rescheduling
While a campaign is running, you can see its current status and have the option to reschedule if needed when the campaign hasn't yet started to run.
Monitoring and Refreshing
To get the latest updates on your campaign's status, you can sync or refresh the page.
These features help you track and analyze the effectiveness of your campaigns, allowing you to make informed decisions based on real-time data.
