Contact records management

Easily manage all customer records in one place with Ownchat. Handle everything from basic details to tags effortlessly. Use search and filter functions for quick access to records. Stay organized and secure.

Filters

In Ownchat's contact screen, click the top-left icon to access temporary filters. Choose conditions and values, then apply the filter to quickly narrow down contacts based on specific criteria. These filters are not saved.

Segments

Users can create dynamic filters, known as segments, to organize contacts based on custom conditions and criteria.

Settings

Access settings for managing contact-related configurations, including upload history, tags, field collections and export options.

Upload History

In the Contact screen, navigate to Settings near the Add Customer button, select Upload History from the dropdown. Here, you can track all bulk upload files, view created, updated, and duplicate counts, and download error reports for issue resolution.

Tags

To manage tags in Ownchat, go to Settings near the Add Customer button in the Contact screen, select "Tags" from the dropdown, view tag history with creator and creation date details, and delete tags using the delete icon. To add a tag, click "Add tags," name it, and click "Create."

Export Contacts

To export contacts in Ownchat, go to Settings near the Add Customer button, select "Export Contact" from the dropdown, and receive the exported file via email for easy access to contact information.

Contact Edit

Editing contacts in Ownchat is straightforward. Click on the name to instantly access all contact details and seamlessly update customer information right there. It's that simple with Ownchat!

Simply tap on the name in Ownchat, click the nearby chat icon, and you're in the chat screen with everything you need: chat window, contact details, tags, customer notes, conversation timer, and open rate—all at your fingertips.

Search Functionality

Quickly locate specific contacts using the search feature, ensuring easy access to desired information.
