# Call Analytics

## WhatsApp Calls (8.2.1.5.3) - Call Analytics  

### Overview  

Call Analytics provides a summary of your WhatsApp call activity, including incoming, outgoing, and missed call counts, along with overall call performance and distribution metrics.

### Accessing Call Analytics &#x20;

1. Click Call Analytics to access detailed WhatsApp call metrics.

### Call Count Overview &#x20;

The top section displays a breakdown of calls by category:

| Category       | Description                                         |
| -------------- | --------------------------------------------------- |
| Incoming Calls | Total number of incoming calls received             |
| Outgoing Calls | Total number of business-initiated calls            |
| Not Attended   | Total number of missed calls that were not attended |

### Call Performance &#x20;

Review the Call Performance section to view:

* Total number of calls across all categories.
* Attended rate metrics showing the proportion of calls that were attended.

Review the Share of Metrics pie chart to analyze how calls are distributed across categories and evaluate overall call performance.<br>
