# Profile

The **Profile Settings** section allows you to manage your WhatsApp business profile information inside Ownchat.

Using this section, you can update your business image, category, address, website, and other profile details displayed to customers.

### Accessing Profile Settings &#x20;

Follow the steps below to open the WhatsApp Profile section:

1. Click the **Settings** icon from the navigation menu.<br>

2. Select **WhatsApp** to open WhatsApp channel settings.<br>

3. Click the **Profile** tab.

You will now be redirected to the WhatsApp Profile Settings screen.

### Managing Business Profile Picture &#x20;

You can upload or update your business profile image from this section.

#### Update Profile Picture &#x20;

To change the business profile picture:

1. Click the **Camera** icon
2. Upload a new business profile image
3. Save the changes<br>

The updated profile picture will be displayed on your WhatsApp business profile.

### Managing Business Category &#x20;

Business categories help customers understand the type of services your business provides.

#### Edit Business Category &#x20;

To update the business category:

1. Click the business category field (Example: **Professional Services**)<br>

2. Select the required business category<br>

### Managing Business Address &#x20;

You can add or update your business location details.

#### Update Address Information &#x20;

1. Click the **Address** field
2. Enter or edit the business location details

### Managing Website Information &#x20;

You can display your business website directly on your WhatsApp profile.

#### Add Website URL &#x20;

To configure your website link:

1. Enter your business website URL in the provided field<br>

2. Click the website link to verify the URL
3. Click **Save** to apply the changes

The website link will now appear on your WhatsApp business profile.

### Saving Profile Changes &#x20;

After updating your profile information:

### Business Account Designation &#x20;

At the bottom of the profile section, you can review the business account designation indicator associated with your WhatsApp account.

This helps verify your business profile status and account information.
