# Visitor Info

### Overview  

The Visitor Info section displays customer information collected through your Webchat settings. Use it to view visitor records, filter by date, and open individual chat histories directly from this screen.

### Prerequisite &#x20;

Visitor Info is populated based on the visitor details configured in your Webchat Behaviour Settings. Enabling visitor information collection in Behaviour Settings automatically redirects you to the Webchat Account tab, where collected visitor data becomes available.

### Accessing Visitor Info &#x20;

1. Click the **Settings** button at the bottom of the sidebar.

2. Click **Channel**.

3. Click **Webchat**.

4. Click **Visitor Info** to view the visitor data.

5. Click **Visitor Info** to view and manage visitor identification data.<br>

### Opening a Visitor Conversation &#x20;

1. Locate the visitor you want to review.
2. Click the **Open Chat** button to initiate or view a conversation with the selected visitor.<br>

3. View the complete chat history for that customer.<br>

### &#x20;Viewing Visitor Records &#x20;

The Visitor Info screen displays customer information collected through your configured Webchat settings.<br>

1. Click **Visitor Info** to view the visitor data.
2. Use the **Date Filter** dropdown to adjust the timeframe of visitor records displayed.<br>

3. Select **Current Year** to view visitor data for the entire year, or choose another available range.<br>
