This section enables you to upload a profile picture, which visually represents you on the Ownchat platform.

In Ownchat, managing user profiles involves configuring essential details such as profile picture, first name and last name from the Profile settings. If you need to update the email address or roles, you can access the Users and Roles section in Settings to make these modifications.

How to handle the Profile Information In Ownchat

1. Access User Profile Settings:

   • Navigate to the profile section from user settings in Ownchat.

2. Set Profile Picture:

   • Upload or set a profile picture (DP) for the user account.

3. Enter Personal Details:

   • If you want to update the user's first name and last name.

4. Save Changes:

   • Click on "Save" to update and save the user's profile information and role assignments.

By following these steps, you can manage user profiles effectively in Ownchat, ensuring each user has necessary information and access permissions configured when creating the Ownchat account for an user with email ID according to their role within the organization.
