This document provides a complete step-by-step guide to:

* Sending payment links via Instagram chat
* Configuring Razorpay payment integration
* Enabling UPI payment links
* Tracking payment transactions inside Ownchat
* Viewing customer-level payment details

With this feature, you can:

* Send payment links directly inside Instagram conversations
* Accept payments via Razorpay integration
* Track payment status (**Created → Paid**)
* Monitor payment performance across channels
* Access detailed transaction history

### Step 1: Access Chat  <br>

1. Click the **Chat** icon in the left sidebar
2. Open the messaging dashboard

📌 The chat module allows direct customer interaction and payment sharing.

2. This opens the **Send Payment Link dialog**

1. Toggle the **UPI Link switch** to enable it

### Step 9: View Transactions &#x20;

1. Click the **All Transaction** tab
2. View complete payment records

* Customer Name
* Amount
* Description
* Source

* Payment Link ID

#### Additional Details &#x20;

* You can check the **Source field** to identify the payment provider or origin
* Once a payment link is generated, it appears under **Created** status
* After successful payment, the status updates automatically to **Paid**
* Use the **Customer Reference ID** to access detailed transaction history
