### Overview  

Instagram Automation Workflow enables you to:

* Automatically respond to users who comment on your posts
* Send instant DMs with call-to-action buttons
* Redirect users to WhatsApp seamlessly
* Capture leads and trigger conversations
* Track user interaction across platforms

### Workflow Summary &#x20;

The automation flow works as follows:

1. User comments on an Instagram post
2. Automation triggers instantly
3. User receives a DM with a WhatsApp CTA
4. User clicks and gets redirected to WhatsApp
5. User sends a code/message
6. Contact gets connected and confirmed

### Step 1: Comment Trigger  <br>

When a user interacts with your post:

* A customer **comments on an Instagram post**
* The connected workflow is **automatically triggered**

#### Outcome &#x20;

### &#x20;Step 2: Automated Instagram DM  <br>

### Step 4: Code-Based Interaction &#x20;

After redirection:

* User sends the **code/message** on WhatsApp

* The system receives the message

Once the user sends the code:

* Contact is successfully **connected to WhatsApp**
