1. Access Instagram Account Settings

There are two ways to access the Instagram Account page. One way is to use the top search bar in Ownchat or press Ctrl + K on your keyboard

Follow these steps to navigate to your Instagram account:

  1. Click the Settings icon (top-right corner)

  2. Select Instagram under channel settings

  3. Click on the Accounts tab

2. Instagram Account Overview

Once inside the Accounts tab:

  • You will see your connected Instagram account

  • The account is successfully logged in with Ownchat

Available Details

  • Profile Name

  • Profile Image

  • Account Description

  • Website Link

  • Click the website link displayed in the account section

  • You will be redirected to the official website linked to your Instagram profile

3. Account Statistics

You can view key Instagram metrics:

  • Total Posts – Number of posts published

  • Followers – Total followers count

  • Following – Number of accounts followed

4. Analytics Time Filter

You can filter analytics data based on time:

  1. Click the β€œToday” dropdown

  2. Select your preferred time period

  • Select Current Year to view yearly analytics
