# Account

This document provides a complete guide to:

* Accessing Instagram account settings
* Viewing account details
* Understanding account metrics
* Analyzing automation performance
* Reviewing post-level analytics

### 1. Access Instagram Account Settings &#x20;

There are two ways to access the Instagram Account page. One way is to use the top search bar in Ownchat or press Ctrl + K on your keyboard

Follow these steps to navigate to your Instagram account:

1. Click the **Settings icon** (top-right corner)
2. Select **Instagram** under channel settings
3. Click on the **Accounts tab**

### 2. Instagram Account Overview &#x20;

Once inside the Accounts tab:

* You will see your **connected Instagram account**
* The account is successfully logged in with Ownchat

#### Available Details &#x20;

* Profile Name
* Profile Image
* Account Description
* Website Link

**🌐 Website Redirection** &#x20;

* Click the **website link** displayed in the account section
* You will be redirected to the **official website** linked to your Instagram profile

### 3. Account Statistics &#x20;

You can view key Instagram metrics:

* **Total Posts** – Number of posts published
* **Followers** – Total followers count
* **Following** – Number of accounts followed

👉 These metrics help track your account growth and reach

### 4. Analytics Time Filter &#x20;

You can filter analytics data based on time:

1. Click the **“Today” dropdown**
2. Select your preferred time period

**Example:** &#x20;

* Select **Current Year** to view yearly analytics

👉 This allows flexible performance analysis across time ranges

### 5. Comment Automation Analytics &#x20;

This section displays automation performance metrics.

**Key Metrics Available** &#x20;

* **Sent DMs** – Number of DMs triggered
* **Active Posts** – Posts with automation enabled
* **Auto Replies** – Comments replied automatically
* **CTA Actions** – Button interactions
* **Growth via Automation** – Followers gained
* **Engagement Rate** – DM-to-button conversion

### 6. DMs & Comment Replies Trend &#x20;

This chart visualizes automation performance over time.

#### Metrics Representation &#x20;

* 🔵 **Blue** → Attempted DMs
* 🟢 **Green** → Delivered DMs
* 🟣 **Purple** → Public comment replies

👉 Gaps in the graph indicate:

* Privacy limitations
* Platform restrictions

#### 📊 How to Use This Chart &#x20;

* Track DM delivery success
* Analyze engagement trends
* Identify performance drops or spikes

### 7. Button Click Analytics &#x20;

**Button Clicks by Type** &#x20;

* Displays interaction metrics for CTA buttons
* Helps measure user engagement

**Button Breakdown** &#x20;

* Provides detailed distribution of clicks by button type
* Helps identify high-performing CTAs

### 8. Post-Level Analytics &#x20;

#### View Automated Posts &#x20;

* Scroll down to view **all automated posts**
* Each post includes performance data

#### View Detailed Analytics &#x20;

1. Click the **Analytics icon** on a post
2. View detailed performance breakdown

#### Close Analytics View &#x20;

* Click the **Close button** to exit the analytics modal

#### Open Post in Instagram &#x20;

1. Click the **Instagram icon**
2. Redirect to the actual Instagram post

### 9. Search & Filter Posts &#x20;

* Use the **Search field**
* Filter posts by title or keywords

👉 Helps quickly locate specific posts

### 10. Top Performing Posts &#x20;

* View the Top Performing Posts section
* Identify posts generating the highest engagement or revenue

### 11.  Refresh Analytics &#x20;

* Click **Refresh Analytics**
* Updates all performance metrics in real-time
