# Multiple Product Templates

The Multiple Product Template allows you to showcase multiple products within a single WhatsApp message. This is ideal for product catalogs, collections, and promotional campaigns where users can browse multiple items at once.

### Create a New Template &#x20;

Create a New Template &#x20;

Steps: &#x20;

1. Enter a name in the **Name** field for your template<br>

2. Configure the required template settings

### Time To Live (TTL) &#x20;

The Time To Live (TTL) defines how long the template remains valid.<br>

**Example:** &#x20;

* If TTL is set to **3 hours:**
* Delivered if the user opens within 3 hours
* Not delivered if opened after 3 hours

### Select Template Configuration &#x20;

#### Category &#x20;

Choose the appropriate category:

* Utility
* Authentication

Example: Select **Marketing** for product promotions

### Template Type &#x20;

1. Click on **Template Type**
2. Select **Multiple Products**<br>

### Add Header Text &#x20;

* Enter content in the **Header Text** field<br>

### Compose Message Body &#x20;

* Enter your message content in the **Message Body** field

### Enable Analytics &#x20;

* Toggle **Button Analytics** to track:<br>

### Save Template &#x20;

**Steps:** &#x20;

1. Click **Create** to save your template<br>

2. The template will be submitted for approval

### Sync Template Status &#x20;

**Steps:** &#x20;

1. Click **Sync**

2. This updates the template status based on approval from **Meta**

### Preview Template &#x20;

**Steps:** &#x20;

1. Open the created template
