The Multiple Product Template allows you to showcase multiple products within a single WhatsApp message. This is ideal for product catalogs, collections, and promotional campaigns where users can browse multiple items at once.
Create a New Template
Steps:
Enter a name in the Name field for your template
Configure the required template settings
The Time To Live (TTL) defines how long the template remains valid.
Example:
If TTL is set to 3 hours:
Delivered if the user opens within 3 hours
Not delivered if opened after 3 hours
Choose the appropriate category:
Marketing
Utility
Authentication
Example: Select Marketing for product promotions
Click on Template Type
Select Multiple Products
This template is used to display multiple products within a single message.
Enter content in the Header Text field
This acts as a title or introduction for your product showcase
Enter your message content in the Message Body field
Provide context such as offers, highlights, or instructions
Toggle Button Analytics to track:
User interactions
Engagement metrics
Performance insights
Steps:
Click Create to save your template
The template will be submitted for approval
Steps:
Click Sync
This updates the template status based on approval from Meta
Steps:
Open the created template
Click Message Preview
View the complete template layout
This preview shows how multiple products will be displayed to users.
