# Limited Time Offer Templates

The Limited Offer Template is designed to create urgency-driven WhatsApp messages by combining promotional content, expiration settings, and call-to-action buttons. This is ideal for time-sensitive campaigns such as discounts, flash sales, and exclusive deals.

### Create a New Template &#x20;

**Steps:** &#x20;

1. Enter a name in the **Name** field for your template

2. Configure the required template settings

### Time To Live (TTL) &#x20;

The Time To Live (TTL) defines how long the template remains valid for delivery.

**Example:** &#x20;

* If TTL is set to **3 hours**:
* Delivered if the user opens within 3 hours
* Not delivered if opened after 3 hours

#### Category &#x20;

### Template Type &#x20;

1. Click on **Template Type**

### Add Offer Details &#x20;

#### Offer Text &#x20;

* Enter promotional content such as discounts, deals, or special offers
* This text highlights the value proposition to the customer<br>

### Enable Expiration &#x20;

You can enforce time-based urgency using expiration settings.

Steps: &#x20;

1. Toggle **Has Expiration**
2. Configure expiration behavior for the offer<br>

### Upload Media &#x20;

**Steps:** &#x20;

### Compose Message Body &#x20;

* Enter your message content in the **Message Body** field

### Add Call-to-Action Button &#x20;

**Steps:** &#x20;

1. Enter **Button Label** (e.g., Shop Now, Claim Offer)

3. Enable **Button Analytics** to track performance

1. Click **Create** to save the template
2. The template will be created and queued for approval<br>

### Sync Template Status &#x20;

1. Click **Sync**
2. This updates the template status based on approval from **Meta**<br>
