# Carousel Templates

### Create a New Template &#x20;

Steps: &#x20;

1. Enter a name in the **Name** field for your template

2. Configure the required template settings

### Time To Live (TTL) &#x20;

The **Time To Live (TTL)** defines how long the template remains valid.

**Example:** &#x20;

* If TTL is set to **3 hours:**
* Delivered if the user opens within 3 hours
* Not delivered if opened after 3 hours

### Select Template Configuration &#x20;

**Category** &#x20;

Choose the appropriate category:<br>

* Marketing
* Utility
* Authentication

Example: Select **Marketing** for promotional campaigns

### Template Type &#x20;

1. Click on **Template Type**
2. Select **Carousel**<br>

**Key Capabilities:** &#x20;

* Upload up to **10 images**
* Add up to **2 buttons per carousel card**

#### Add Carousel Content &#x20;

#### Step 1: Enter Bubble Text &#x20;

* Add your introductory message in the **Bubble Text** field

#### Step 2: Upload Carousel Images &#x20;

**Steps:** &#x20;

1. Click **Upload Image**
2. Select the file using the checkbox
3. Click **Send Selected Files** to upload<br>

Repeat this process for each carousel card.

#### Step 3: Add Message Body &#x20;

* Enter content in the **Message Body** field for each carousel card

#### Add Interactive Buttons &#x20;

You can add up to **2 buttons per carousel card.**

**Steps:** &#x20;

1. Click **Add Button**
2. Select button type&#x20;

#### 🔹 Quick Reply Buttons &#x20;

Quick replies allow users to respond instantly with predefined options.

Steps: &#x20;

1. Select **Quick Reply**

2. Enter button label (e.g., Shop Now, Contact Us)
3. Repeat to add additional quick reply buttons

#### Add Multiple Carousel Cards &#x20;

You can create multiple carousel sections within the same template.

**Steps:** &#x20;

1. Click **Add New Carousel**
2. Repeat:

Upload image

Enter message body

Add buttons

This allows you to showcase multiple items such as:

* Product catalogs
* Service listings
* Offers or campaigns

### Save Template &#x20;

**Steps:** &#x20;

1. Click **Create** to save the template

2. Enter sample values for variables (if used)
3. Click **Create** again to confirm<br>

### Template Approval Process &#x20;

* The template status will be set to **Pending**
* It is submitted for approval to **Meta**

### After Approval: &#x20;

* The status will change to **Approved** in the Status column

### Preview Template &#x20;

**Steps:** &#x20;

1. Click on the created template
2. Select **Message Preview**<br>

3. View the complete carousel structure

This shows how each card, image, and button will appear to users.
