How to run Campaign inside Ownchat?

There are various template types available to run your campaign. Select the one that best matches your campaign objective.

Step 1: Upload Contacts in Bulk

Import your customer contacts using the Bulk Upload feature.

Step 2: Verify Tags & Create a Segment

Check whether the tags are updated correctly, then create a customer segment based on your campaign requirements.

Step 3: Create a Template & Get Meta Approval

Create a WhatsApp message template and submit it for Meta approval before using it in your campaign.
