# How to run Campaign inside Ownchat?

## Step 1: Upload Contacts in Bulk

Import your customer contacts using the Bulk Upload feature.

## Step 2: Verify Tags & Create a Segment

Check whether the tags are updated correctly, then create a customer segment based on your campaign requirements.

## Step 3: Create a Template & Get Meta Approval

Create a WhatsApp message template and submit it for Meta approval before using it in your campaign.
