Navigation & Overview of App Connection

The Apps section in Ownchat allows users to integrate external applications and services with the platform. These integrations help extend OwnChat functionality by connecting third-party tools for CRM, e-commerce, payment processing, scheduling, subscriptions, and more.

Through the Apps section, users can explore available integrations and connect them to automate workflows and enhance business operations.

To access this section, click the Apps icon in the left sidebar to view all available integrations.

Accessing the Apps Section

Follow these steps to access the Apps dashboard:

  1. Log in to OwnChat.

  2. Navigate to the left sidebar menu.

  3. Click the Apps icon.

This will open the Apps dashboard, where all available integrations are displayed.

Apps Dashboard Overview

The Apps dashboard displays a collection of available integrations that can be connected to OwnChat.

Each application card typically includes:

  • Application Name

  • Category

  • Description

  • Connect Button

  • Connection Count

These cards allow users to quickly review available integrations and connect them when required.

For example, the dashboard may display integrations such as:

  • Shopify

  • Stripe

  • Zoho CRM

  • Google Sheets

  • Webhooks

App Categories and Filters

The Apps section includes category filters that help users easily find integrations based on their business needs.

All Apps

The All Apps filter displays the complete list of available integrations in the platform.

Users can browse all available applications and connect them based on their requirements.

AI

The AI filter displays integrations related to artificial intelligence services.

Examples include:

  • Gemini

  • ChatGPT

These integrations enable AI-powered automation and conversational capabilities.

CRM

The CRM filter shows integrations related to customer relationship management systems.

Examples include:

  • Google Sheets

  • Zoho CRM

  • Zoho Bigin

These tools help businesses manage customer data, sales pipelines, and lead tracking.

Delivery

The Delivery filter displays integrations related to delivery and logistics services.

Example:

Connecting an App

To connect an application:

  1. Navigate to the Apps dashboard.

  3. Click the Connect button on the app card.

Searching Apps

The Search bar located at the top of the Apps dashboard allows users to quickly find specific integrations.

Users can search by:

  • App name

  • Category

This helps locate integrations faster when multiple applications are available.
