The **Ads section** in OwnChat allows businesses to track leads generated from advertising campaigns such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other marketing sources. It provides detailed insights into lead generation performance and helps users monitor customer interactions generated through advertising campaigns.

The Ads analytics dashboard enables users to analyze campaign performance, review lead details, and manage advertising data efficiently.

From the left sidebar, users can access the **Ads menu** to open the advertising analytics dashboard and manage campaigns.

### Accessing the Ads Section &#x20;

Follow the steps below to access the Ads analytics page:

1. Log in to **Ownchat**.
2. Navigate to the **left sidebar menu.**
3. Click the **Ads** icon.

This will open the **Meta Ads Analytics dashboard**, where you can view advertising insights and leads generated from campaigns.

### Meta Ads Analytics Dashboard &#x20;

The **Meta Ads Analytics dashboard** displays lead data generated from Facebook Click-to-WhatsApp (CTWA) ads, Instagram ads, and other marketing sources.

This dashboard helps users analyze advertising performance and track customer leads generated through marketing campaigns.

### Lead Analytics Summary &#x20;

At the top of the Ads page, several summary cards display lead statistics for different sources.

These cards provide a quick overview of advertising performance.

**Total Leads** &#x20;

Displays the total number of leads generated from all advertising sources.

**FB Ads** &#x20;

Shows the number of leads generated from Facebook ad campaigns.

**FB Post** &#x20;

Displays leads generated through organic Facebook post engagement.

**Instagram Ads** &#x20;

Shows leads generated through Instagram advertising campaigns.

**Instagram Post** &#x20;

Displays leads generated through organic Instagram engagement.

**Others** &#x20;

Shows leads generated from other referral sources or marketing channels.

These summary metrics help users quickly understand advertising performance across different channels.

### Campaign Filter &#x20;

The **Campaign dropdown** allows users to filter leads by specific advertising campaigns.

Steps to filter campaigns:

1. Click the **Campaign dropdown**.
2. Select **All Campaigns** or choose a specific campaign.

This filter helps users analyze leads generated by individual campaigns.

### Date Filter &#x20;

The **Date Filter** allows users to view leads generated during specific time periods.

Available filter options include:

* Today
* Yesterday
* Current Week
* Custom date ranges

Using this filter helps users analyze campaign performance during specific timeframes.

### Lead List View &#x20;

The Ads page displays detailed lead information in a table format.

Each lead record includes the following fields:

**Customer Name**&#x20;

Displays the name of the customer who interacted with the advertisement.

**Mobile Number** &#x20;

Shows the contact number of the lead.

**Source Type** &#x20;

Indicates the source from which the lead was generated, such as **Instagram Ads.**

**Date and Time** &#x20;

Displays the date and time when the lead was captured.

**Details** &#x20;

Provides additional information about the advertisement, including:

* Ad URL
* Campaign ID
* CTWA ID

Users can also open the advertisement link to view campaign details directly.

### Viewing Leads in Different Layouts &#x20;

The Ads dashboard supports multiple layout views for lead data.

**Card View** &#x20;

Displays lead information in card format for easier visual browsing.

**List View** &#x20;

Displays lead information in a detailed table format.

Users can switch between these views depending on their preference for analyzing lead data.

### Exporting Lead Data &#x20;

Users can export lead data for reporting or analysis.

To export leads:

1. Click the **Export** button.
2. The exported data will be sent to the email address associated with the OwnChat account.

This feature helps users download and analyze campaign leads outside the platform.

### Record Management &#x20;

The Ads page includes options to manage and navigate through lead records.

Available options include:

* **Records per page selection** (e.g., 30, 40, 50 records)
* **Page navigation**
* **Total records count**

These controls allow users to efficiently browse large numbers of leads.

At the bottom of the page, users can view the **total number of lead records** available in the list.
